Conducted a systematic review of 50+ voice-interaction studies for older adults, uncovering design gaps around trust, speech recognition, and proposing principles to make voice interaction more inclusive and reliable.

Conducted an archival analysis of the TechSAge ACCESS study, examining financial capacity challenges among 103 older adults with vision impairment and outlining strategies to enhance accessibility and autonomy in digital finance.
